Haven’t had any evidence of another rat either, since they closed up any openings. - We had a couple squirrels in the attic, which they tried to remove alive, but unfortunately the squirrels got caught up in the rat traps. Zain came out the same day when we texted them about the dead animal smell above my sons room. - They did a great job installing gutter guards and termite traps. - They’re pricing is reasonable. The pest control company that I have currently is closed on the weekends. I found First Strike Pest Elimination through a quick Google search of 24/7 pest control companies. Manny was able to come out a couple hours later. The wasp was still in room when he arrived and Manny was able to remove it. Even though he was only called out for the one wasp, he still did a thorough look in my attic and vents outside and found SEVERAL nests that he promptly took care of. Called First Strike around 12:45am and Manny was here by 1:30am.  Owl was caught, it’s safe and going to be released.
