We had a hornet situation scheduled with another company later this week that turned into a horrifying emergency today. Manny was quick to respond, worked us into his schedule (on a Sunday, holiday weekend!!) and showed up 15 minutes early. That’s just the beginning. He suited up and had the entire nest and all the roaming hornets eliminated in a matter of maybe an hour? Impressed is an understatement. We HIGHLY recommend him for any of your pest needs, but definitely your hornet ones!!! 5 stars isn’t enough and we can’t thank you enough for making it possible for us to sleep at home tonight. We had an amazing experience with this company. Manny was very knowledgeable and Thorough with His service. We had An infestation of yellow jackets under the siding of the backside of our house. After treatment company made sure to weekly inspection to make sure all bees were gone. I am highly Allergic to bees and this company put my fear at ease. First Strike is the best! I originally hired them for my business and had such a good experience that I hired them for my home too. I had a flea outbreak and Manny was able to treat my home very soon after I reached out. Communication was timely and professional. And the morning of the flea treatment Manny was patient/understanding as I was frantically prepping my house to be fumed and even offered helpful tips on how to best prep my home.
